How do we meet with our lawyer?

We use Microsoft Teams to meet with our clients online. You can either download the Microsoft Teams app on your computer or simply used the web-based option to join your meeting. Not tech-savvy? We can also do a traditional phone call if you prefer. However, it’s awesome to put a face to a name instead of guessing what everyone looks like.

Appointments are scheduled online, no need to speak to someone about your meeting. Simply contact us through the web portal, and you will receive an e-mail link to the online scheduler. Pick a time that works for you, and BAM, a meeting happens!

How do I access our case files?

Aspida Trademarks uses an online web portal to operate most of its client interactions. With the client portal, you can view and download all your case documents, sign important documents, message your attorney, and pay your bill. All your files are stored in the cloud on a secure server.

We still communicate through traditional e-mail service, but the portal is a great way to keep things well managed and organized.

What if I am not sure about getting a Trademark?

We can work with that; after our initial meeting, we evaluate your business and your proposed trademark. If we do not think it will get past the trademark examiners at the USPTO, we will not move forward with your case.

It is always a good idea to have a few different trademarks in mind if someone already has a similar mark.

Just fill out the contact form online with your basic information, and an attorney will send a reply within 24 hours. The message will contain a link to an online scheduling system with the attorney’s availability.

Once you have scheduled your meeting, you will receive an invite to the virtual meeting room. This will be your initial consultation. Here, we will learn more about your business and your trademark idea. After our meeting, we do some quick research to determine if your mark is likely to get through the USPTO. If it is, we will go for it. From there, it changes based on the client. Our work is done with you in mind!
